Meet the Band
I have been blessed with knowing an amazing group of people that bring my music to life,
Here are some...
Elkie van Beveren-Both
Quietly, Elkie and I have been working together for a very long time.
We first shared the stage as vocalists in the gothic band A New Dawn, and even after that chapter closed, we continued to stay musically connected throughout the years.
Without Elkie, I wouldn’t be where I am today. In the beginning, she helped shape me into the artist I am now and encouraged me to overcome my fear of singing — simply by being the radiant, smiling singer at my side.
Her timeless voice, soaring like a siren, has been essential to the journey that brought us here.
Kim Nieuwland
Kim is a classically trained violinist with a passion for what she does, a kind soul with a hungry stomach, a hard worker yet always living with her hear in the clouds.
Richard Both
The low-end heartbeat, the bus driver, the man who’s always smiling — even though he found the music world rather strange at first. From giving everyone his thoughts on smoking to his wide-eyed first festival experiences, we’re grateful to have the ever-reliable Richard on double bass.
Seijno van Nieuwkoop
Seijno is the newest addition to our little orchestra, though I’ve known him much longer — once a student of mine, and now the drummer in my own band. Funny how life works.
He’s known for his hard work and dedication in the metal scene, but with us, he reveals a calmer, more sensitive side — and it fits beautifully.
Dirk Vermeij
Dirk produced our first full-length album, and hardly needs any further praise beyond what he’s already earned as the frontman of bands like The Wild Romance, The Paris Dandies, and for his unwavering status as an eternal rock god.
